At least with Ilhan - there's a REASON, and I'd say, a good one. If you had someone in Congress saying vulgar things about blacks, you wouldn't put them on ANY committee.

Saying that - even if it is just PAYBACK - then that is how Washington works. I didn't see these kinds of tears when they were booting Republicans off committees or even in a few cases, keeping all the Republicans off some of them.
