I am looking for a PROFESSIONAL Custom Home Builder who will build in St. Mary's County and treat their customers with respect. Quality craftsmanship and willingness to listen are a must. I hope to find someone who is familiar with building victorian style homes.

What are the opinions about who to trust and who not to trust?

I can tell you one builder that I would stay away from. He builds good homes, but customer service sux. PM me if you want the name of the company...I won't put it out in the open.

I have PF Summers and I wouldnt go so far to say they are great. Tons of hidden costs that you dont find out about until later!

By "hidden costs" I think they are referring to outdoor showers. :whistle:
