Cramps aren't an issue for me; it's like I get a headache instead of cramps.

I just find it ironic that every time I about about to , I also get a headache. What's the correlation there?

For many women, migraine had not been triggered by menstruation in the early years, with regular 'menstrual' attacks only becoming apparent during their 30s or early 40s. In our study, the peak time for migraine during the menstrual cycle was within a couple of days before the start of a period and the first couple of days of bleeding.

Any of you ladies get a headache right before you're "comin' on"? I think I'd rather have cramps. Is there any sort of vitamin you can take that helps ward off for the few days before?
