on Airport view Dr.
Anybody had and experiences with them?
Good folks or stay away?
I was by their shop last year. Looked like a bunch of young kids. Haven't had any work done there

Motovation refered them since they don't do valve adjustments that require shims (to many to stock). Have appointment next Friday to get valve adjustment, throttle body sync and a K&N air filter.

??? I had my XS 11 at Motivation last year for valve adjustment and carbs synched. It has shims... ~ $385 worth of work...

 George said they don't like to do "sport bike" valve adjustments.

WOW... and it only takes me 20 minutes!! Okay, 30, 10 to get the tupperware off.

I've got the Throttle Body balancer here, but the time saver is probably the valves, no shims. Gap Guage, an allen wrench and a small open end wrench.

you going to call and ask if they do good work?

Yeah. That way I can let you know. I'm helpful like that.

Mine has buckets and shims jst like a lot of the newer bikes. They did a great job on it but I think I'll be doing them myself this year.

I'm looking at a carb synchronizer (sp?)

http://www.rlmotorcycles.com/home/accessories/TwinMax.htm

Anyone on here familier with it?
I have one, and use it frequently (TwinMax) very easy to use, and very accurate.

You can come by and borrow mine if you like, see what you think. I can even give you a quick class on how to use it if you like.

Do you have carbs or throttle bodies?

I know Shane (the owner) he is my age, 22, 23.. but like in the pm I sent aps, he is honest, and knows A LOT about bikes, he did all my 4 wheeler work, and I am very pleased with it.
