Anyone ever read her books? They're actually written for middle schoolers, which is when I read "Homecoming", and "Dicey's Song", but I rediscovered them a few weeks ago, and I'm getting back into the series....the subjects she writes about are emotional and seem very real, although it's all fiction. Her characters live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland (just south of Salisbury), so I feel like I really know where everything is happening. Very worthwhile books to get into, Voigt is a great author.

Yes I agree. I have read all of Voigt's books.

I read "A Solitary Blue" in 2 days...now I'm in the middle of "Sons from Afar".....unfortunately, Lex. Park Library doesn't have very many of her books.
