Ewww, it looks like a cobra. Are they really deadly? Is that really the name of it, thought it was a black snake. They always hang out in the street, I'll enjoy running over them this year.

Would never run one over, I dont like mice, and these guys eat lots of mice.

I'd only run them over if the are already dead, not in my old car though, otherwise it's like "oh, look, a snake in the road" and I stop and watch where it goes. We've had a rat problem here so the black snakes seem to be much bigger.

Speaking of mice. We opened the grill tonight, and found a nest with a mouse in it. We just used the grill last week, so that was fast! So we cleaned it out and thought the mouse took off. We found the mouse underneath in the tank cabinet. She was having a baby! :Yikes: I am sorry we disturbed her moment, and feel bad; and definitely lost my appetite! I hope I see lots of black snakes in my yard like last year!
