Refrigerated masks work for puffy eyes... make-up a little lighter than your regular foundation for circles (I've never found anything else that actually works).

It's usually caused by aging and/or genetics, sometimes allergies. Use a good coverup makeup and/or try sleeping with your head elevated (on two pillows) to prevent blood from pooling in the tiny veins under your eyes.

I know your question was not for me, but I am a brunette, I just use Almay undereye cover, then my foundation...seems to work for me.

I dont want to cover them up. I would like to get rid of them. I have had them forever. I'm still young though so Idont think its an aging thing and I'm not allergic to anything. I have read things like dont touch that area alot and cucumbers and hemroid cream.. I cnat see putting that on my face...lol
