Dash repair

Does anyone no an upholstery shop that can fix a vinyl dash? I have a dash out of a 2000 mustang with a crack in the dash.

I saw an episode of "Two Guys Garage" or one of those shows. Can't find it right now though.
The guys demonstrated how to fix a cracked dash.

I've tried with the kits they sell at the auto store and it ever turned out good. Guess I just don't have that ability.
