Hello!
A few weeks ago, there was a thread that had a link to a website where you could check to see if your daycare had received any citations for noncompliance. I've looked all over today and can't find the link. Does anyone here know?

No such thing. You can call the Office of Child Care at 301-475-3770. That branch covers the three counties.
