Now that I finally found a job close to home and won't have to go to bed at 8pm when the sun would still be up during the Summer, I don't care if it's Standard or Daylight Savings as long as we don't keep switching back and forth.

24 hour clock, Zulu time, everyone has the same time. Local areas can set/adjust operating hours to meet their needs/desires.
