A 21-year-old man in Lake County, Fla., was arrested over the weekend for allegedly exposing himself and threatening to have sex with a man's baby during an argument, according to a police report.
Saturday, police responded to a call of criminal mischief near Bay Street near Laurel Oak Drive.
A neighbor said a man identified as Blake Talsky was skateboarding and jumping off benches in an area where no skateboarding is allowed, according to the report.
The man told police when he asked Talsky to stop skateboarding, Talsky threatened to fight him. The 21-year-old then allegedly exposed himself and said he was going to have sex with the man's 24-month-old daughter.
Police took Talsky into custody and the man positively identified him as the suspect in the case, according to the report.
Talsky was booked into the Lake County Jail on two counts of criminal mischief and 1 count of exposing his sexual organs.
