an associate of mine went to Kings Landing park over the weekend. Somebody dumped several bushel baskets of female crabs by the gate, and it was stinky. I heard the Natural Resources Police were notified due to the number of dead crabs. Shame....
I wont draw any conclusions, but a local roadside vendor has a truck that he sells crabs from. Seems to me he had kind of a 2 for 1 sale on female crabs this weekend.
