OMG! To effing funny. Here's the problem. This is why. Anyone, and I mean anyone, can be a District Court Commissioner. Just has to be appointed by an Administrative Judge. Here's all what is necessary to be hired ... As the late Paul Harvey would say, "Now you know, the rest of the story".

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
