Sir, the expected reaction, when there is 2.5 cars of room between you and the car in front of you, and someone in the left lane signals, is to at least maintain the gap, at best, open up the gap a tad.

So I signaled right, checked your position, then checked the position of the car in front, who I then kept focused on, in case he slowed to take a right into St Marys Square. After I got about 1 foot into that lane, imagine my surprise when I saw you drop the hammer to cut me off. Was that really necessary? Was that 40 foot hunk of roadway that precious? Hope not, I needed it:killingme

In any case, your road rage skills suck, your hand gestures were weak, and if you want to cut folks off like that, equip yourself with something more intimidating and faster than a base model Lexus:) I also recommend some time in Boston, where you can learn that some folks just don't intimidate well. :duel:

Very few folks actually go WOT to cut you off, though. I would say that its about %90 stay put, %7 fall back, and %3 actually charge the gap.

Since the girl is doing most of the driving, she "pretends" that she just started driving(she been doing it for about 2 years now) and doesn't let them get away with doing that(or anything else for that matter)....her teacher is so proud of her sometimes

Usually if you just start to move over he will back off. Depends on what your driving. Or aiming. JK. I had a guy in a vette see my left signal come on. (bike) I started to moved into the empt slot and he got here before me. I nearly kicked his f'n door when I got up next to him.

In Boston, that's why folks don't signal, its considered to be giving information to the enemy, and you just go. :duel: It's really jungle rules up there. Down here, I operate under much more relaxed rules, and always signal unless my lane change wont affect anyone.
