I'd like it if food came in smaller sizes for single consumers so we don't have to commit to a huge bag of broccoli or carrots that we're never going to finish before it goes over. When I want a stirfry I want one or maybe two, not every day for the next week. This is an ongoing gripe that I have no doubt posted about before.

I did something stupid: I bought a bunch of crappy processed frozen meals. Chicken fries (of all things), PF Chang frozen meals, frozen burritos, etc. My thinking was I can keep all that crap in the freezer and have meals (haha) easy to make for one. I'd say I don't know what came over me, but stupid...stupid came over me. And I thought, $4 for a huge bag of chicken fries....that's pretty cheap....



I woke up back to sanity this morning so now I have to get rid of all that junk, which won't be difficult, and go grocery shopping again. Don't bother calling me derogatory names, I've already covered that part. My fridge looks like some high school kid run amok with a full freezer and nothing where the real food goes.



Chicken fries. WTH?? They were pretty tasty when I made them and I thought, huh, why have I never bought these before....?

Freaking idiot.

I've been buying those Smart Ones meals. Other than being a little on the bland side, they're pretty good, and not too much for a serving.

From the first paragraph you can use the leftover fresh veg for making dog food. I don't know what the chicken fries have in them, but they may go into the dog food also.
