There was video footage of the event which assisted in identifying the man and woman being arrested. The man admitted to being the shooter. They both have criminal history of similar charges, but were released to run amok and continue their crime spree leading to the robbery and death of Tony.

Demario Hunter, 33, was arrested Tuesday on charges claiming he fired the shot that killed James Sapone, 48, on March 18 during a carjacking and robbery attempt.

James was charged by complaint in U.S. District Court on Sept. 3 with aiding and abetting in an attempted carjacking resulting in death.

He is on parole in an armed robbery case in Illinois connected to a carjacking there, the charges say.

Basically the dirt-bags have a history of criminal behavior and instead of keeping them in a cell where they belonged, the judicial system let them out to cause more mayhem and death.
