Do we really have a pay inequality issue?
A man and a woman each doing a job, same degree, same years of experience and the woman makes less? Does this happen to ANYONE here, or do you know of anyone who it's happening to? Maybe I'm insulated having been a Government contractor and now a civilian... we make the same money.
Or is this because there are fewer women with the kinds of degrees and experiences that command the high salaries..and this is an average? The AVERAGE salary of all working women is XX percent less than the average salary of all working men.
