I really think I like this judge. He seems to be trying to do whats best. Are those tears in his eyes?

I was home for lunch.. he asked a cop/ bodyguard (witness) did he ever know ANS to be under the influence of drugs.. he said "No, and I never saw her take any drugs". Have you ever had a traffic stop, or made an arrest of any one under the influence of drugs.. "Yes, thousands"

He said the cop was not a credible witness and dismissed him.

Two problems with that... 1) Her mother all but disowned her, then suddenly shows interest after she dies. 2) Anna bought a plot in the Bahamas, which means that where she wanted to be buried.

But in lieu of a legal document, a marriage certificate or a valid will the remains would go to the next of kin which is the baby which is not possible, next in line would be the mother, disowned or not.

the court really doesn't care what her "wishes" were, they just have to dispose of the body and with all these losers fighting over a corpse that is the only question.

I was wondering if there are any legal issues with the Bahamas if the judge decisdes that route. Does this have to go to court there next?

She belongs buried next to her beloved son. I can't believe people are even questioning that! Let the poor woman rest in peace.
All of those men claiming to be the "Father" to her daughter is just disgusting. She may not have been the "purest" woman but I can't imagine she was as much of a tramp as they are making her out to be now. :shrug:

There is a big part of me that believes she wasn't all mentally there and was manipulated by a bunch of people. I get the impression she didn't completely comprehend everything that was going on around her.

Now we are seeing the same thing happening to B. Spears. Hollywood and the entertainment industry is a cruel world that cares nothing about anyone. They use you then dump you.

This wasn't a decision on the paternity, it's a decision on where Anna gets buried. :dork:

How so? Who burries her has no effect on the rest of her estate. It will be drug out in court, the lawyers will get rich beyond their wildest dreams, a judge, jury and court house will be wasted for months and when the kid turns 21 there will be $15.86 cents left.
