oh please... The guy is jockeying for a reality TV show.baileydog said:I really think I like this judge. He seems to be trying to do whats best. Are those tears in his eyes?
Two problems with that... 1) Her mother all but disowned her, then suddenly shows interest after she dies. 2) Anna bought a plot in the Bahamas, which means that where she wanted to be buried.Pete said:I bet the mother gets the body, she was a wretched wench but not nearly as wretched as the parsites that fed off her and are still feeding off her corpse.
But in lieu of a legal document, a marriage certificate or a valid will the remains would go to the next of kin which is the baby which is not possible, next in line would be the mother, disowned or not.PsyOps said:Two problems with that... 1) Her mother all but disowned her, then suddenly shows interest after she dies. 2) Anna bought a plot in the Bahamas, which means that where she wanted to be buried.
I guess we'll see here in about 5 seconds.Pete said:But in lieu of a legal document, a marriage certificate or a valid will the remains would go to the next of kin which is the baby which is not possible, next in line would be the mother, disowned or not.
the court really doesn't care what her "wishes" were, they just have to dispose of the body and with all these losers fighting over a corpse that is the only question.
I was wondering if there are any legal issues with the Bahamas if the judge decisdes that route. Does this have to go to court there next?Pete said:But in lieu of a legal document, a marriage certificate or a valid will the remains would go to the next of kin which is the baby which is not possible, next in line would be the mother, disowned or not.

Effing stupid. This all means Stern's gonna get the money - and like hell if he's gonna take care of that kid.baileydog said:Judge says he wants her in the Bahamas with her son.
There is a big part of me that believes she wasn't all mentally there and was manipulated by a bunch of people. I get the impression she didn't completely comprehend everything that was going on around her.bubble_gum_yum said:She belongs buried next to her beloved son. I can't believe people are even questioning that! Let the poor woman rest in peace.
All of those men claiming to be the "Father" to her daughter is just disgusting. She may not have been the "purest" woman but I can't imagine she was as much of a tramp as they are making her out to be now.

Judge Larry Seidlin rules that the attorney for Anna Nicole SmithÂ’s infant daughter gets custody of the former model's boddy.
How so? Who burries her has no effect on the rest of her estate. It will be drug out in court, the lawyers will get rich beyond their wildest dreams, a judge, jury and court house will be wasted for months and when the kid turns 21 there will be $15.86 cents left.AndyMarquisLIVE said:Effing stupid.
