in an effort to thwart crime, the D.C. initiative to reduce the crime rate, the smart Democrat cities have made almost everything legal. But, thats not all!!!! Jails are overcrowded, let em loose. But, thats still not enough!! Close the stores, uneducated the populus, and NOW!!!!!!!
