Dell Dimension 4600

I am going to be listing a Dell Dimension 4600 tower in the classifieds. It works fine, just reinstalled XP on it. I have all the discs that came with it and the owners manual. It has 2 CDRW's in it as when I replaced the CD ROM they didn't have just a CD ROM. It also has a 3 1/2 floppy drive and 6 USB ports, 2 in front, 4 in back. Comes with a keyboard too. I'll have you know smartass, I have had this computer since 2003 and have had not one lick of trouble out of it. It was just time for an upgrade. There is NOTHING wrong with this computer for some kid to use for homework. Why do you have to be such a DICK??? :smack:

with a memory and video upgrade it would be good for a home theater system too.
plenty fast enough to play movies with.

The motherboard has to allow you to upgrade the video card first. A lot of DELLs don't.

I'd put more money into it than it's worth. I'd probably only use the processor, motherboard and power supply (as I have a stainless steel case).

It's a solid PC if you're planning to put a clean partition on it and use it for Word and Internet surfing. I wouldn't sell it for over $100.
