I have a Dell flat panel monitor with USB ports on the side of it. Why when I put in a thumb drive or my Verizon wireless USB connector it doesn't work from the monitor? I have to use the USB ports on the CPU.
There is a usb hookup next to where the vga cable plugs into the monitor, you need to hook a usb a to b cable from the monitor to the cpu... then the usb ports will be active...
