The wording of the 22nd Amendment allows some wiggle room for someone who has been elected twice as PREZ...to run for VP.
This would excite the demoralized DEMS...and Barry can return to his beloved dictator ways (my pen & phone) as soon as Joe is taken by gurney from the inauguration. Harris is not happy with this scenario...but she could not oppose the anointed one.

This only goes down if the Dem convention allows for a shift to the ticket....Pay attention folks...this could be the near future.

The main job of the VP is to take over for the P in the event P can't fulfill their duties. So Obama is VP, Joe croaks over....and the Democrats riot in the streets and burn down cities because that pesky Constitution won't let them have their Barry back.

I am NOT good at legalese --It would seem that statement is direct & clear. I have tried to "game this" regarding his ban on running for a third term vs being appointed for the position. Unsure if that comes into play.

Why the Supreme Court is important, because if they tried that's where it would end up. Prior to the 12th the runner up became VP. The ammendment made the VP a separate election and the constitution only established the president requirements.
22nd only states elected to the office of the president. Is assuming elected? Can the VP be considered as part of the office of the president? Where's Scalia when you need him?

The assumption is...that Biden's Titanic election strategy is fast approaching that little chunk of ice...and only Obama/Soetoro can yank the wheel hard Left in time to beat Trump.---THAT is why Barry must be on the ticket. The teleprompter Reader-in-Chief is wildly popular with a certain worldview grouping and according to their HS civics/history classes, he did SO much better than Clinton/Bush...that he deserves a 3rd term.

Seems as if the top Dems want to replace nursing home Joe with Camel Toes (should that be capitalized) at the top of the ticket and Newsom as VP. Of course that poses the same problem as a Trump/Desantis ticket - both candidates from the same state.
