Well, kinda. The intention is good and I hope they do get put up, but these panels have already been paid for once. To pay a 2nd time, then pay for installation on top? And taxpayer funded?

Paid once by the Fed and Joe halted their use and is selling them off. Texas wants to pay once at a fraction of Fed cost and put them up. What you might be missing is if they end up as a scrap sale then the Fed will have to buy more if we really want a fence.
