Democrats Plot An Insurrection To Stop ‘Insurrectionist’ Trump

We’ve now reached peak Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Democrats are actually making plans to prevent Donald Trump from taking office even if he legitimately wins the election. In other words, they are plotting an insurrection to keep the man whom they claim is an insurrectionist out of the White House. Logic, common sense, the future of the country, all be damned.

How do we know this is what they are scheming? Because, as President Joe Biden’s poll numbers continue to drop, his mental and physical health rapidly deteriorate, and options to replace him on the ballot shrink, Democrats are openly talking about it.

The Colorado attorney arguing before the Supreme Court to keep Trump off that state’s ballot warned the justices that if they didn’t stop him from being elected “it could come back with a vengeance.”

An amicus brief filed by three law professors in the Colorado case warns that if the justices don’t rule on whether Trump is eligible or not to run for office under the 14th Amendment, and if Trump wins the election, “it is a virtual certainty that some members of Congress will assert his disqualification under Section 3” of the 14th Amendment.

And yes, it is a virtual certainty.

An article published in the Atlantic last week, titled “How Democrats Could Disqualify Trump If the Supreme Court Doesn’t,” begins by saying that: “Without clear guidance from the Court, House Democrats suggest that they might not certify a Trump win on Jan. 6.”

How could this happen? Well, Democrats could conceivably win back the House in November. Which means that they could refuse to certify the election results on the grounds that Trump is ineligible to serve because he’s an insurrectionist. They would, as the Atlantic puts it, “have to choose between confirming a winner many of them believe is ineligible and defying the will of voters who elected him.” (Aka, insurrection.)

Russell Berman, the author of the Atlantic piece, said that in his interviews with them, “senior House Democrats would not commit to certifying a Trump win.”

Never mind that Democrats have spent the past three years calling those Republicans who voted against certifying the 2020 election for Biden traitors and labeling those who protested Biden’s certification on Jan. 6, 2021, as insurrectionists.

Democrats Signal They Might Not Certify A Trump Win In 2024

Democrats including Reps. James Clyburn (SC), Jamie Raskin (MD), Adam Schiff (CA), Eric Swalwell (CA), and even House Minority Leader Hakeem Jefferies refused to say that they would confirm Trump to office if he won the 2024 election.

As Dan McLaughlin explained at National Review, Democrats could have the votes to sustain an objection to a Trump win if they take control of the House. “Only a simple majority is required, and unlike when the House chooses a president under the Twelfth Amendment, they don’t vote by states,” he wrote. “Unlike in 2016 or 2004, when they were in the minority, House Democrats could be playing with live ammunition.”

Still, a majority of senators would have to object to a Trump win, too. This would likely take 51 senators, and as McLaughlin pointed out, this would be a tough task for Democrats: They “either have to hold every seat they currently occupy (good luck in West Virginia), or take a Republican-held seat (the bluest of which is either Ted Cruz’s in Texas or Rick Scott’s in Florida),” he said.

They had better be careful. The people, ---you know--the people mentioned in "WE the People", might take strong grievance to such a move and decide to straighten this mess out once and for all.

Democrats are NEVER anything but projectionists and hypocrites. Not to mention liars. You always know what those cockroaches are planning because they accuse their opponent of it without so much as a shred of evidence.

"Oh, we have to prevent people from being able to vote for our opponent in order to save democracy!"

WTF???

Only a mindless idiot of a Democrat voter would go along with that.

Nice of the dimocraps to announce IN ADVANCE what they are planning. This makes it kind hard to claim spur of the moment if it happens later. In fact, they make a case against themselves of organizing a planned insurrection. Then it becomes an issue of whether the DOJ and FBI follow their sworn oath to arrest the insurrectionists.

The irony is so thick that you couldn't arc gouge your way through it. Or cut it with a plasma cutter.

🔥 Oh no! Politico tried to gin up some sympathy for U.S. intelligence community and the FBI this weekend with a completely tone-deaf story headlined, “The prospect of a second Trump presidency has the intelligence community on edge.” I bet it does.

image 4.png

According to Politico, the nation’s top spooks and some FBI agents are fretting about a potential Trump re-election. They worry that Trump might harbor a few hard feelings towards them, you know, over a few regrettable misunderstandings. They feel uneasy that Trump might not trust their intelligence assessments anymore since he might be viewing a few of their past decisions in the wrong light. Hilariously, the spies cited in Politico’s article are apprehensive that a re-elected Trump might do something reckless, like “reorganizing” them and thereby — get this — politicizing the spy agencies.

Don’t. Make. Me. Laugh.

For example, Trump-hater Fiona Hill, who Trump appointed as his Russia advisor during his first term but who is now a rabid Never-Trumper, explained how horrible things will be if Trump manages to get re-elected:

“He wants to weaponize the intelligence community. And the fact is you need to look with a 360 degree perspective. He can’t just cherry pick what he wants to hear when there are so many U.S. adversaries and countries that don’t wish the U.S. well,” said Fiona Hill, a top Russia adviser on the National Security Council in Trump’s administration who has regularly criticized his policies. “If he guts the intel on one thing, he’ll be partially blinding us.”

image 10.png

Um. Just saying.

Poor Fiona. One suspects she (she?) is more concerned that Trump knows a lot better who his enemies are now. Over halfway through the article, it finally gets around to mentioning a little detail called Russiagate, and muses over how Trump might still be smarting a little over the way the intelligence agencies, directed by Obama and Clinton, had persecuted him and lots of other citizens helping his campaign using a fake, made up dossier that the FBI never really intended anybody to believe, no; the story just sort of got away from them, that’s all.

Citing a long list of anonymous “intelligence community” critics, Politico eventually confessed to its biggest fear: that Trump might actually get around to punishing some deep state crooks:

“Trump intends to go after the intelligence community,” another former senior intelligence official said. “He started that process before and he’s going to do it again. Part of that process is to root out people and to punish people.”

Talk about being tone-deaf. Punishing people and rooting out the intelligence community is exactly what most of the country desperately wants. They want those things so much that, hilariously, this article could be a Trump campaign ad. What the Intelligence Community is probably really worried about is that, if Trump gets re-elected, he’ll enjoy a popular mandate to punish political partisans and root out the traitors deeply embedded in the intelligence community.

They seem to know that the media can’t save them this time. After everything that’s happened, most folks will either completely ignore or even delight in corporate media’s predictable, hysterical rants about how horrible Trump’s stable-cleaning is for democracy.

It’s just the opposite. Rooting out deep-state traitors is what is necessary for democracy.

And never forget, there’s a little lost Crossfire Hurricane binder out there somewhere and it is sure to turn up sooner or later…

One of the reasons I will vote for Trump is that whoever those 51 sorry pieces of scum who signed the statement about the Russian Hoax are fired.
They Should be fired. Politicizing the Intelligence community is exactly what they did. Weaponizing the Intelligence community? TOO LATE, Obama already did that. Weaponizing the Justice department?? Too late Obama-Biden did that too. We can see it every day we read of his 450 Million dollar fine his 91 felonies he didn't commit, the 83 million dollar rape charge from a woman who doesn't remember when she was raped, never screamed, never reported it and had the law changed so she could sue. Do these people believe we are totally stupid? Well I guess those that vote Biden are.
