Denny Hamlin

Why didnt Denny hamlin go into the pits when he had his flat tire? He had to know he wouldnt finish the race on that tire. Then he deliberately drew a caution flag.

Along comes Bush and takes out Earnhart, after he had been running the bottom all day he comes up and takes out the lead car.

Plain and simple, Busch is his teammate. He wanted Kyle to have one more "shot" at him.

Then, it's all from there, Earnhardt got Busched.

This is off subject but Andy since you are the motorsports insider: Don't you think John Force maybe let his daughter get the jump on that win a couple of weeks ago?

No. He spun the tires. That's not usually something drivers intentionally do, and no racecar driver lets somebody else win. John Force had a 1,000th Round Win at stakes.

Spinning the tires is one of the easiest mistakes you can make in any motorsport. It happens.

I think, but can't remember off hand, that John had the better R/T.

Well first thing that Kyle Busch said about his career was 1000% correct. No driver can continue to do what he does on the track and be paid back for it. And of course Denny knew what he was doing, But Mr Kyle cry baby Busch will get paid back . Just not fair the way Nascar lets some drivers get away with anything and everything. I hope Jr is the one that take him out next, but of course Kyle wil cry back it and balame Jr for it and say nasty things about the way it happen, Have to give Jr, credit on how he handle himself and not making it known even that kyle took him out.

Good call there Andy, never thought of that angle, was pissed that Hamlin didnt come off when the tire was going flat.
If that caution hadnt come out it was Juniors race, had just told my grandson, we dont need a caution now and bang, the flag went up.
Oh if Busch would have won, would have been able to hear the boo's from the Richmond crowd all the way up in SoMd.

I see the thought of most of you jibe with my own. I feel also that Hamlin drew the caution for his team mate. I also feel that NASCAR should have black flagged him. Even my wife knew he couldnt finish out the race. I also feel that Busch took out Earnhart and I hope to see Earnhart return the favor someday. What goes around comes around.

Earnhart handled himself in the interview very well, it was easy to see he knew he had been screwed, but he kept it to himself.

I was really a good fan of Hamlin till this. I was hoping he would win and felt bad when his tire went down. I feel a lot less of the man now. This is what happens when teams come into NASCAR. Dales father was killed blocking for a team. IMO Each car should have a different owner.

NASCAR DID black flag Denny Hamlin.

NASCAR DID black flag Denny Hamlin.

I didnt see the black flag, but if you say so they probably did, you watch these things pretty close. If they did they waited too long as he sure drew the caution by stopping on the track.

He went to the top of the track and stopped, then drove off under his own power. he could have gone to the bottom and driven into the pits.

Now they should fine him, and his crew chief.

They black flagged him after the fact, for deliberately bringing out the yellow.

Hamlin knew the tire was going down, and never had any plans to pit.

NASCAR's not penalizing Hamlin or Waltrip.

You're right though, I've seen them force drivers to pit all the time. It looks like Denny and Kyle are NASCAR's new golden boys, and they're gonna be the ones to get away with a lot of chit.

Waltrip should be suspended at least a race for what he did. But, NASCAR wanted drivers to show their emotions, so he did.

Why me??
You know whats funny is that if Jr did the same thing all you would be saying that it wasn't Jr's fault. Why is that??

If it was Junyer's fault, I'd blame him in a minute.

It wasn't 100% anybody's fault. Junyer took it and handled it like a man, and did so with class. Kyle Busch, on the other hand, causes these crashes every chance he gets, but he :blahblah: and :bawl: and  :tantrum :cussing: if he gets caught up in a wreck.

I just think Kyle's arrogant, cocky, stubborn, and so on. He thinks he has more talent than he does.

Wasn't Junyer penalized 100 points at Bristol when he deliberately brought out a caution flag?

Either way, Kyle Busch and Denny Hamlin are gonna get away with a lot of crap NASCAR has gone after other drivers for. If that was Kevin Harvick out there running Cup, Busch and Trucks causing the chaos Kyle has, they would've parked him.

Kyle and Denny are NASCAR's new golden boys (like Junyer, Johnson and Gordon used to be). I don't like Gordon, but I respect him. He's caused little wrecks here and there, but he's got the wins and the championships, and he's a class act off the track.

Kyle, on the other hand, is just a rowdy little punk. I can't wait until he crashes Kevin Harvick like that one race, Harvick will beat the ignorance right out of Little Busch. :starcat:

... and I hope NASCAR lets it slide. :yay:

He has won multiple cup races, he drives for a top notch team, he does have fans, he has a posse who follow him around telling him he is great and at 22 or 23 years old he has more money than the average person could make in a lifetime at our boring ass hum drum jobs. Of course he is arrogant. :lmao:

He has fans? Where? :roflmao:

A lot of drivers his age are like that. But, they mature over their years on the circuit. Look at Stewart, Harvick, Biffle, Newman, etc.

The Busch Brothers just seem to have too much arrogance in their blood system. :yay:

I just don't understand what Kyle's deal is. On Friday night, he was all pissed off about rubbing, and rubbing is racing. But, the first chance he gets, he puts someone in the wall.

I don't buy the "he got loose" crap either. That is how Kyle likes to drive his car. If he can't keep his loose car from wrecking other cars, he obviously isn't that good. He'd have 6 or 7 wins in Nationwide this year if he didn't go out and cause crashes. Would've had a few more Truck wins as well.

But, he perfers to drive aggressively, and with his head up his ass, 100% of the time.

What is it Darrell said, you need to drive the first half of the race 80% and run the final 50 laps 100%. Kyle doesn't do that, and he's lost quite a few races because of it.
