Why is this a current event? There's been video of Al Gore shown for years!

I watched the video, and it seems that the big authenticator is that you can see the room reflected in the window and that the alien's face is behind the reflection. That would make perfect sense if you were shooting in a normal video mode, and picking up relected light from inside the room, but the guy was shooting in a night mode. If the camera were picking up IR/heat energy, the camera can only see things that vary in temperature. It would see the alien, it would see the window and the glass, but it would never see a reflection in the glass as a reflection has no temperature that's different from the glass. The guy who made the video specifically said his camera was in an IR mode.

The only way this video could be made was if it was first shot in visual light, and then modified to look like it was shot in an IR mode.

I was confused at first because they showed the snap shot of something that looks like Pacman peering in the window, but then they showed some footage of a head popping up and moving away, then footage of the 'alien' peering around the living room. They didn't make it apparently clear that the moving footage depicted on Larry King was NOT the footage in question. I didn't pay attention to the word "Re-enactment".

Personally, I'm suspicious that this guy waited so long to bring this to light, And only then to introduced some legislature.

IR reflects off a mirrored surface just as well as visible light, better in some cases.

The reenactments crack me up. Did the alien actually come into his house and peek out from the hallway, or was that thrown in just for fun?

None of you can possibly think we are alone. This group, is way to smart for that!

I was wondering the same thing. That just made it way more far fetched than it already was. :lmao:

It is not that I don't think there is no other life out there somewhere, but this is funny. I mean is another life form really going to look like the typical alien that we are use to seeing in sci-fi films? Who knows?

A reflection has no heat, and IR is strictly heat energy. The only way a reflected image would appear on a low-light system would be if the system is picking up and magnifying ambient light the way a Starlight scope does. But that is not IR, which is what the guy said he was using.
