DeSantis and Florida

šŸ’‰ Iā€™m not exaggerating when I tell you that this next story is possibly the most significant development in the ongoing vaccine story ā€” since day one. And itā€™s only one of two such blockbuster developments today.

Yesterday, Florida broke bad, again, this time by issuing an explosive new advisory RECOMMENDING AGAINST THE COVID INJECTIONS FOR ALL MEN UNDER 40 YEARS OLD.

First of all, I am not making that up. Second, it gets even better.

Floridaā€™s Department of Health issued the new guidance yesterday. It begins by stating that Florida conducted its OWN analysis of the mortality risk following the jabs, using an evidence-based technique called the ā€œself-controlled case study,ā€ which was originally developed for evaluating vaccine safety.

Letā€™s pause for a moment, and consider the implications from just that one fact.

First of all, in over two years, Florida is the first and only state to conduct a study of vaccine safety. Period. And it would not have happened without Governor DeSantis appointing a heavyweight, highly-credentialed intellect like Harvard-trained doctor Joseph Ladapo as the stateā€™s Surgeon General.

Second, the federal Centers for Disease Control, with a budget larger than some countriesā€™ annual gross domestic product, has never studied jab outcomes. For some reason. Nor has the FDA. Nor has the NIH. Each of those agencies would naturally have been expected to laser-focus on vaccine safety from the very first injection. Nope.

So Florida did it for them.

Governor DeSantis just shattered the gigantic bulletproof glass wall protecting Pfizer and Moderna from ACCOUNTABILITY. You were probably only thinking in terms of how the new guidance would affect shot uptake. Think bigger. A LOT bigger. The guidance now constitutes a state-sanctioned finding that the shots are NOT ā€œcompletely safe and effective.ā€ Judges will pay attention to this.

Hereā€™s what Floridaā€™s analysis found:

[T]here is an 84% increase in the relative incidence of cardiac-related death among males 18-39 years old within 28 days following mRNA vaccinationā€¦ With a high level of global immunity to COVID-19, the benefit of vaccination is likely outweighed by this abnormally high risk of cardiac-related death among men in this age groupā€¦ Males over the age of 60 had a 10% increased risk of cardiac-related death within 28 days of mRNA vaccination [while] Non-mRNA vaccines were not found to have these increased risks among any population.
ā€œAbnormally high risk.ā€ In other words, males 18-39 were almost twice as likely to die after getting the shot. Itā€™s also worth noting that the analysis didnā€™t even consider non-fatal vaccine-induced injuries.

Finally, the one-page guidance expanded the stateā€™s previous recommendation from March against vaccinating children for covid, now including infants and toddlers. Florida now recommends against jabbing ANY kids, regardless of age.

This is SO huge. Letā€™s talk about all the implications. First, corporate media will ignore the story, because thatā€™s the psyop playbook for bad news that canā€™t easily be discredited. Theyā€™ll just pretend like it didnā€™t happen.

Thereā€™s a reason I predict corporate media will NOT follow the usual path of criticizing Floridaā€™s analysis for not being peer-reviewed or using the right data or being politically motivated or whatever. Since Florida is a STATE GOVERNMENT, media canā€™t just call the guidance an ā€˜outlier.ā€™ To discredit the guidance, theyā€™ll have to do all that other stuff PLUS come back with opposing research evidencing the shots REDUCE mortality.

Which they canā€™t. They canā€™t produce that research. Because that research does not exist. And everybody knows it.

Next, unlike media, doctors and healthcare institutions cannot ignore the new guidance, because they MUST follow best practices to get their covid liability protection. And Florida just established a new best practice, or ā€™standard of care,ā€™ as follows:

Based on currently available data, patients should be informed of the possible cardiac complications that can arise after receiving a mRNA COVID-19 vaccine.

See? The new best practice requires ALL patients to be informed of cardiac complications before they receive a covid shot, and kids and men under 40 told that the state recommends AGAINST the shots. Before jabbing patients, pharmacies, doctors, nurses, and every other healthcare professional in Florida will now have to inform people of the cardiac risk, or their liability shields may disappear in a puff of legal dust.

ALL patients ā€” men and women, regardless of age ā€” who are confronted by doctors insisting on jabs can now produce a single page, Floridaā€™s new guidance, and shut the doctors up. Itā€™s a mic drop moment for patients in Florida, but even patients in other states can wield the guidance ā€” because thereā€™s no opposing evidence, apart from vague hand-waving by federal officials.

Students in colleges can use this guidance. Military service members can use this guidance. Employees can use this guidance. All they have to say is, ā€œI have some family history of cardiac problems, so I donā€™t think the risk is justified IN MY CASE.ā€ Done!

Finally, lawyers now have something to work with, something to get their fingernails under, a place to start. My attorney brain is already bursting with ideas.

Get ready! Like everything, it will take time, but itā€™s going to be GREAT.

Pulitzer Prize Nomination ā€“ FINANCIAL TIMES

The Financial Times delivered an epically long cover profile on Ron DeSantis, and they managed to dredge up some scathing details which should invalidate him for any further offices. It turns out that when he was at Yale, DeSantis would conduct a screening of sorts while speaking with a prospective date.
- "According to a friend, (he) would tell dates he liked Thai food, but pronounced it 'thigh.' If they corrected him, Finch wrote, he would find an excuse to leave. 'He didnā€™t want a girlfriend who corrected him.'"

that is the most controversial trait of DeSantis he did not want to date a woman who would correct him šŸ¤£

DeSantis Tells the World Economic Forum to Take a Hike

Meanwhile, and as Leah reported, President Joe Biden jumped on board efforts by WEF to implement a global vaccine passport system during his time at the G20 by signing a declaration of cooperation.

"We acknowledge the importance of shared technical standards and verification methods - to facilitate seamless international travel, interoperability, and recognizing digital solutions and non-digital solutions, including proof of vaccinations,ā€ the declaration states. ā€œWe support continued international dialogue and collaboration on the establishment of trusted global digital health networks as part of the efforts to strengthen prevention and response to future pandemics, that should capitalize and build on the success of the existing standards and digital COVID-19 certificates.ā€

Florida yanks $2B from ā€˜wokeā€™ BlackRock over ā€˜social-engineering projectā€™

Florida said Thursday it has begun to divest $2 billion in funds overseen by BlackRock ā€” a sharp rebuke of the giant asset managerā€™s investing policies under CEO Larry Fink that right-leaning critics have blasted as ā€œwoke capitalism.ā€

The divestment under Gov. Ron DeSantis ā€“ the largest of its kind by an individual state ā€“ is the latest sign of mounting unrest among Republican policymakers over so-called ā€œESG,ā€ or environmental, social and corporate governance practices.

Floridaā€™s chief financial officer, Jimmy Patronis, accused BlackRock of attempting to ā€œuse their power to influence societal outcomes.ā€

ā€œUsing our cash, however, to fund BlackRockā€™s social-engineering project isnā€™t something Florida ever signed up for,ā€ Patronis said. ā€œItā€™s got nothing to do with maximizing returns and is the opposite of what an asset manager is paid to do. ā€œ

Latest Media Attack on Ron DeSantis: Heā€™s ā€˜Not a Fun and Convivial Dudeā€™

Case in point, a new write-up from the Atlantic in which staff writer Mark Leibovich, who used to be a ā€œreporterā€ for the New York Times, let us know that perhaps DeSantisā€™ biggest problems are that heā€™s not ā€œfunā€ enough nor does he mingle much in establishment Republican circles:

People who know him better and have watched him longer are skeptical of his ability to take on the former president. DeSantis, they say, is no thoroughbred political athlete. He can be awkward and plodding. And Trump tends to eviscerate guys like that.
ā€œHe was standoffish in general,ā€ the Virginia Republican Barbara Comstock, a former House colleague of DeSantisā€™s, told me.
ā€œA strange no-eye-contact oddball,ā€ Rick Wilson, a Republican media consultant, wrote on Resolute Square.
ā€œIā€™d rather have teeth pulled without anesthetic than be on a boat with Ron DeSantis,ā€ says Mac Stipanovich, a Tallahassee lobbyist who set sail from the GOP over his revulsion for Trump and his knockoffs. To sum up: DeSantis is not a fun and convivial dude. He prefers to keep his earbuds in. His ā€œStep away from the vehicleā€ vibes are strong.

So he doesn't like people. Me either!

He's hired!
FOX likes to make a big deal over Kamala's losing staff, because evidently she's impossible to work with.
I'd stick with the fact she's a complete idiot on a GOOD day. I still can't get over her kindergarten like explanation of the war in Ukraine.

With Ron - or Trump - or ANYONE ELSE becoming President, I care ALMOST entirely about their ability to do the damned job.
You hire a plumber to fix the leak and a mechanic to make the car work - if they can do it, who cares if they're a pain in the ass to work with or if they smell bad or use bad language. I mean, I DO care if they don't show up on time, leave the house a mess and talk to me like I'm stupid.
But I'm not going to hire a complete moron because they're nice to me.

My daughter's last couple of surgeons - couple of them were ok, but not at all friendly.
But they were widely known as just the best damned person for the job. THAT is what matters.

Right now they have a moron in there who gives them the right feels. No kidding.

DeSantis Petitioning FL Supreme Court to Impanel a Statewide Grand Jury to Investigate Coronavirus Vaccines

ā€œToday, Iā€™m announcing a petition with the Supreme Court of Florida to impanel a statewide grand jury to investigate any and all wrongdoing in Florida with respect to the COVID-19 vaccines,ā€ DeSantis announced during a ā€œPublic Health Integrity Committeeā€ roundtable discussion on Tuesday.

The governor added that they ā€œanticipate that we will get approval for that.ā€

In part, the grand jury would be tasked with investigating concerns surrounding mRNA shots and myocarditis and holding manufacturers accountable for any misleading claims about the vaccines.

Notably, public officials, including President Biden, initially pitched the coronavirus vaccines as a means to return to a state of pre-pandemic normalcy, yet they continued to push masks on the American public for an extended period of time after the vaccine rollout. Further, some, including Biden, also falsely claimed that the vaccines would stop one from contracting the virus or transmitting it. Neither of those claims is true.

The Public Health Integrity Committee šŸ¦

I just attended an invite-only zoom (streamed online) with Governor DeSantis, medical and scientific experts, and vaccine-injured people. What the Governor announced justifies a special update. Iā€™ll give you guys more detail tomorrow, but here are four critical announcements:

  1. Governor DeSantis filed a petition with the Florida Supreme Court to impanel a Grand Jury to investigate wrongdoing connected with the covid-19 vaccines.
  2. Florida has created a new ā€œPublic Health Integrity Committeeā€ including expert researchers that can critically review the public health guidance coming from federal agencies like the CDC and the NIH, and provide independent, evidence-based guidance to Floridians. The Governor said other states would join Florida.
  3. The Legislature will introduce a new bill to protect physiciansā€™ independent judgment, their First Amendment rights, and their right to dissent from the orthodox narrative.
  4. Since the CDC wonā€™t do it, Floridaā€™s Surgeon General is initiating a scientific surveillance study of the incidence of death from myocarditis within a few weeks of covid-19. Theyā€™ll be working with scientists from the University of Florida.

DeSantis to pursue legal fight against Big Pharma in the criminal arena, recruiting additional states for ā€˜shadow CDCā€™

The Dossier asked Governor DeSantis if he was specifically focusing on Pfizer and Moderna, because they are the only pharmaceutical companies that provide mRNA Covid injections in the United States.

ā€œYes, for sure,ā€ the governor responded, adding, ā€œI think we will look beyond that too, because there were a lot of fraudulent representations madeā€ with the government health institutions as well. In the earlier panel, the governor and his co-panelists cited claims by Dr Fauci, the CDC director, and the many others who grossly misrepresented claims about the supposedly ā€œsafe and effectiveā€ shots that were fraudulently marketed as providing immunity and blocking transmission.

The governor added that the vaccine mandates were ā€œbased on premises that turned out not to be accurate,ā€ so the fight in the Supreme court will be ā€œbroader thanā€ just Big Pharma, and will also target federal overreach.

šŸ”„ The roundtableā€™s possibly most interesting comment was from Dr. Fraiman, a Louisiana ER doctor whoā€™s published a study re-analyzing Pfizerā€™s clinical trial data. He and other study authors found that ā€“ according to Pfizerā€™s OWN data ā€” one in 800 people in the clinical trials experienced a serious adverse event after getting the vaccine.

Dr. Fraiman contrasted that 1/800 figure with the rate for serious AEā€™s for all other vaccines, which is: 1/1,000,000. In other words, all other vaccines see one serious AE in a MILLION shots. Itā€™s not even close.

Worse, Dr. Fraiman pointed out that the 1/800 figure is just AEā€™s reported during the two-month clinical trial period. In other words, those are just the ACUTE injuries. The 1/800 figure doesnā€™t include any serious AEā€™s that developed AFTER the first two months. The real number could be higher, maybe MUCH higher.

Dr. Fraiman called the 1/800 figure ā€œdisastrousā€ if true. Remember ā€” thatā€™s from PFIZERā€™S OWN DATA. The same data the most-heavily-fined pharmaceutical company in history fought to keep hidden, but which the court forced it to turn over.

Dr. Fraiman also noted that none of the agencies or pharma companies have ever provided ā€œpatient-level data.ā€ Meaning, researchers canā€™t tell who is being injured by age, race, pre-existing medical conditions, and so forth. Those are pretty important facts.

So, since the CDC, FDA, and NIH wonā€™t do it, Florida is going to.

The mediaā€™s deranged obsession with Ron DeSantis ā€” even before he declares for 2024

Or look at MSNBCā€™s Joy Reid, who this week accused DeSantis of turning Florida into a ā€œpetri dish for everything on 4Chan.ā€ Said Reid, ā€œIf you go by Ron DeSantisā€™ agenda you would think the most important things happening in Florida are Critical Race Theory, which makes white children feel sad; library books that need to be banned; not stopping COVID, you got to let COVID in your school; drag brunch, and Disney World making movies with too many gay people in them.ā€

Last year Reid said critical race theory wasnā€™t being used in schools, so this is already a welcome step toward reality for her. And yes, Floridians donā€™t want pornographic books in their childrenā€™s school libraries, and they know that no one, anywhere, ā€œstoppedā€ COVID from getting into their schools. All that was stopped, in places (unlike Florida) where kids couldnā€™t go to school in person for much of 2020 and 2021, was the education of children. Florida put kids first, instead of teachersā€™ unions, and the Joy Reids of the world will never forgive that.

Hereā€™s the lie: When Governor DeSantis signed SB2006, containing the vaccine passport ban, he secretly snuck in a devious involuntary quarantine provision, allowing the state to lock up and force-vaccinate anybody deemed a ā€œdanger to the public.ā€

Itā€™s amazing how persistent this lie has been. It must be working, because theyā€™ve been peddling it for over a year.

Every good lie has an element of truth. In this case, the truth is the 42-page blockbuster SB2006 did contain the involuntary quarantine language. Here it is:

Okay, thatā€™s outrageously super gross. You cannot imagine how many questions I got about that language back at the time the bill was being voted on. But just hang on for a second. Letā€™s look at the next part of the bill, just below the quarantine law, the part adding the ban on vaccine passports:

Thereā€™s a critical difference between the two parts. Do you see it? The section on quarantines isnā€™t underlined. The section on passports IS underlined.

Underlined text is what the bill added to the statute. Regular, non-underlined text is pre-existing statute. The quarantine provision was already a law in Florida when DeSantis became governor. You with me so far? DESANTIS DIDNā€™T SIGN THE QUARANTINE PROVISION INTO LAW. It was ALREADY law in Florida. It just happened to be included the bill because of how bills are drafted.

Some conservatives understand this, but still argue that DeSantis should have removed the quarantine law when he had the chance, in the same bill, SB2006. After all, they can just as easily remove stuff as add it. Removals in bills are shown using strikethrough, like this:

All they would have had to do was strike through the quarantine paragraph. But hereā€™s the thing: Governor DeSantis doesnā€™t draft bills. Heā€™s the governor. He only gets to sign or veto bills. The LEGISLATURE drafts the bills. And even that is not a straight line; they have to negotiate with each other to agree on bill language, to get the votes needed to pass the bill.
