Dessert

I can't remember the last time I ordered dessert in a restaurant, or made dessert at home. I'm just not a dessert person. Monello will get a chunk of cake at the grocery store or a pint of ice cream and have it for late snack, but I don't think I've ever seen him order dessert in a restaurant after his meal.

But somebody must or they wouldn't offer it - is it you? Are you a dessert person?

I don't eat out often and rarely get dessert afterwards unless it is to go. An exception is crème brulee. I cannot resist it and will eat that after my meal regardless of how full I am.

Hostess makes a killer creme brulee. Instead of heavy cream they use flour. In place of the vanilla bean they use high fructose corn syrup. They call it the Twinkie.

ack. Ever since I had those procedures in the hospital and the "drink" was key lime flavored, I cannot even think of key lime.

However, if there is NY style cheese cake available.....
