Arab Armies suck because if cultural norms ..... enlisted are treated as uneducated peons, while the Officer class lords over them
Knowledge is NOT Shared, but horded, again by officers, independent thinking is discouraged ...
The west trains from the top down ... Officers - NCO Cadre - Lowly Privates
As a Private First Class, I may only have a couple or years in service, but I know the basics and I would be able to continue the mission if the squad leader is incapacitated, having been briefed on the objectives, timing, expectations.
when an action takes place, like Assault this building, everyone knows his part, even the lowly private is trained to ' take over ' in case the Sergeants and squad leaders are unable to continue leading.

Nope. At least not as the norm. Always outliers of course, but in the main, our forces are trained head and shoulders above forces like those. Like cops, you will always hear about the 1% arsholes. But the 99% are simply doing the job. I've never dealt with Army or Air Force all that much, but Navy and Marine aviation, while O and E's busts each others balls, there's respect on both sides.

Arab armies do not get lengthy seminars on DEI and the 1619 project. Let's not forget role-playing with the LGBTQA++ appreciation parades.

Did a lot of begging with the jars for this bolt or high pressure fuel tank sealant injector, they scrounged from us as well. Never understood why they had separate airframes and hydraulic shops at O level. Maybe that's changed by now, I dunno. They went to the exact A schools as we did so they learned something about both sides of the fence just as we did.
