Gotta love Grady Judd and his band of merry deputies. They do a great job rounding up the usual perps, usually including an employee or two of Disney. One of his best quotes was this one after his men shot up a cop murderer on why they shot the suspect so many times:
"I suspect the only reason 110 rounds was all that was fired was that's all the ammunition they had," Judd said. "We were not going to take any chance of him shooting back."
He is a hoot, and I would vote for him in a heartbeat if I lived in Polk County. We have a handful of really good sheriffs here in Polk, Pasco, Hillsborough, and Pinellas counties.
