PGPD Detectives Investigate Double Fatal Shooting in Bladensburg

The Homicide Unit is working to identify and arrest the suspect(s) who fatally shot two men Wednesday morning. The names of the victims, both adult males, will be released once their families are notified.


On December 7, 2022, at approximately 3:40 am, officers responded to the 5400 block of Annapolis Road for a collision. Once on scene, officers located both victims inside of an SUV suffering from gunshot wounds. They were pronounced dead on the scene.



Detectives are working to identify a suspect(s) and a motive.

If anyone has information relevant to this investigation, they are asked to please call detectives at 301-516-2512. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.
