PGPD Detectives Investigating Fatal Shooting in Temple Hills

The Homicide Unit is working to identify and arrest the suspect(s) in a fatal shooting early Saturday morning in Temple Hills. The victim is 26-year-old Elmu Sadalah of Washington, DC.

On June 5, 2021, at approximately 2:40 am, patrol officers responded to the 5000 block of Beech Place for a shooting. The victim was located inside of a car suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

Detectives are working to identify the suspect(s) and determine a motive.
