I HATE flying AA.. and don't..

Just the appearance inside of their planes looks like they are falling apart and not being maintained.

What is the difference in price and what is the time frame of your trip day or two, 5 days, week plus??? The 2 airports are what 16 - 20 miles apart, half hour driving time? How long are the stopovers for the connecting flights to go to Love???

I never had a problem with AA into DFW, and the planes look decent to me. I had an issue one time when I was sitting by the window and someone FARTED, and the lady sitting next to me looked at me, it was a nasty stank smell. It was not me :cds: did she look at me, many otherS had to smell it too , OMG it was NASTY. I wonder if the Captain can drop the mask in those types of situations.

Might be smart to bring you own O2 supply, but they probably wouldn't allow it. Just like when I wanted to bring a parachute aboard.

Love is closer to hotel, SW is about 1/2 the fair. Learned last night about proximity so, that decision is made! For $150, I can sit in

Going for my grandfathers bomb group reunion. Got a chance to fly in a B-29!!! All I need is $500. So, to all, if you can afford $1, 2, 5 or even $10 hundred dollars, I am all to happy to partake in this historic opportunity for the good of all mankind!

For $1,000 I think you get to fly over Oklahoma and drop a few incendiaries. :dye:

OK, does this make ANY sense???

It is $150 from BWI to AUS to LOVE. 2 hour layover or so.

Is is $170 from BWI to AUS non stop.

Would the TSA and DHS et al have a #### fit if we simply got off in AUS and didn't get back on for LOVE???? I would love to get a car in AUS and ride up to Dallass. Things to do and people to see in between!

Thoughts???

Good point! Southwest requires you step outside to fart or smoke during their flights!

Dont go acting like Southwest is heartless in these instances.
They do after all had you a rope to hang onto and pull yourself back in with once done. (just dont do it from first class, its hard to keep away from the engines.)

Never mind the first class warning, I almost forgot, people in first class dont fart.

DFW is the way to go... Lovefield is in a negative part of town.... Wouldn't recommend Lovefield.

Most airports in cities aren't in the best parts of town. Its not like the criminal element is allowed to come and just hang in the airport and mug you. Lovefield is more convienient if you are going to Dallas for business. DFW is more convienient if you are hitting the metroplex and/or Fort Worth.

I have to confess that on this last flight I took, I crop dusted the entire aisle as I boarded. I ate breakfast and had a lot of coffee and did not think about the sudden intestinal issue I would face as I boarded. I decided it was safer to leave it up front instead of the back of the aircraft I was sitting in. I am sure the people on the aisle appreciated it. Its all good, though. It was not a Southwest flight.
