Doesn't matter because she's not going to make it that far. But I can tell you right now, she will not want him to be any part of her administration. This is HER show and she's trying to prove something. The last thing she'd want is Bill rolling up on her stealing her thunder.
Pres and Vice-Pres have to be from different states. While it's obvious Mr. and Mrs. Clinton are rarely together, they both claim NY as their home state. One would have to claim a new state (proving they are separated) for them to be on a ticket together. This has been discussed before. As unlikely as it is, it is legal. The law is "cannot be elected" to more than two terms. If he were First Man and she were to die or become incapacitated, he could ascend to the throne, oops I mean presidency but could not run for re-election at the end of the term.

Not so: Residency limitation[edit]
While it is commonly held that the president and vice president must be residents of different states, this is not actually the case. Nothing in the Constitution prohibits both candidates being from a single state. Instead, the limitation imposed is on the members of the Electoral College, who must cast a ballot for at least one candidate who is not from their own state.
In theory, the candidates elected could both be from one state, but the electors of that state would, in a close electoral contest, run the risk of denying their vice presidential candidate the absolute majority required to secure the election, even if the presidential candidate is elected. This would then place the vice presidential election in the hands of the Senate.

Now, that said, they've killed people before, so it's not impossible to imagine she'd choose Sen Sanders or Gov O'Malley or Joe Schmuckatelli to be her running mate and then have her running mate "quit", be shamed into impeachment, or commit suicide with multiple gunshots to the head, or die in a horrible plane crash - you know, the normal things that happen to people who get into the Clintons' way - and then appoint Mr. Clinton to VP.
