Dinner Last Night

My car made a sudden turn into Food Lion, so I figured I'd pick up something for dinner last night.
Andoullie (sp?) sausage and a softball-sized onion.

Diced everything up added almost a whole head of garlic, and salt pepper and paprika. Deglazed the pan with cold water.
Simmered til everything was nice-n-hot and served over white rice. :drool: And tonight, it's gonna be even tastier.

Add bell pepper and worchestershire and serve over egg noodles with parmesan cheese.........Hubby's favorite dish to cook.

Two things I'm not really nuts about: bell pepper and parm; and I just plain ol' don't like worcstessestasistashire. I was shootin' for Italian-esque.
Thanks for the suggestion though. I know somebody who does like that sauce. Yeah.....parm is part of Italian cooking; but I just can't eat it. D*mn lactose intolerance; pills only slow down the inevitable.
That's all I'm gonna say 'bout THAT.
