I bought a jar of preserved lemons last weekend, so I've been experimenting with them. Last night I did pan seared scallops, then made a glaze of lemons, garlic, shallot and butter to drizzle over them.
Yum! Preserved lemons sounds interesting. Never heard of that. Is it like an orange marmalade?
