So I've watched the info-mercial at least 10 times this weekend. What's the catch or is this legit?

I inquired, received my "free passess" for a weekend I could attend their open house to prospective clients. I went on the internet to check on Direct Buy, turns out you have to pay a $4000.00 membership to get in on the deals, which I didn't.
