Spent over an hour on the phone yesterday with Direct TV, AT&T, back to Direct TV, etc. trying to find my "reward debit card" when opening my account. After being bounced around from operator to operator, listening to bad elevator music, my account was located. The amount of the "reward" was incorrect. At that moment, I met my threshold for patience and my BP was high, so I hung up the phone. I wish I could have slammed the phone down, you know- like back in the good old days. I'll try again later today. Ugh.
