Disneyland: wrongful death lawsuit

Based on the information provided, I believe the lawsuit should be thrown out. I also do not believe Disneyland was neglectful in the situation as described nor in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The woman and her family had choices and accepted the risks by making the choice to board the ride.

People should know their limitations and act accordingly. It sounds to me, while terribly tragic, this woman shouldn't have even attempted to go to the park in a ****ing wheelchair. I'm tired of a few morons thinking just because they can, they should. Ban the rest of her family for life. They are "victims" and will make trouble if given a half a chance.
