Taylor Lorenz old tweets 'excluded' from Internet Archive amid Libs of TikTok doxxing backlash

The Internet Archive, a free online archive of all publicly available information on the internet, is facing criticism for not displaying old tweets from Washington Post reporter Taylor Lorenz who has faced scrutiny for exposing the identity of the creator of the popular conservative Twitter account LibsofTikTok.

Users of the website are greeted with the following message when they attempt to access Lorenz’s old tweets: "Sorry. This URL has been excluded from the Wayback Machine."

Internet Archive’s website says its mission is to "provide universal access to all knowledge." The site also tells people they "can send an email request for us to review to info@archive.org with the URL (web address) in the text of your message."

Wikipedia deletes entry for Hunter Biden investment firm Rosemont Seneca Partners

Wikipedia editors removed the entry for Rosemont Seneca Partners earlier this week on the ground that it was “not notable,” archived comments from its Talk Page reveal.

The deletion happened Wednesday. The investment company co-founded by Hunter Biden has been at the heart of numerous questions surrounding his overseas business dealings.

Wikipedia has tilted so far left in recent years that its co-founder Larry Sanger now says the site can not longer be trusted and has become “propaganda.”

“There’s a very big, nasty, complex game being played behind the scenes to make the article say what somebody wants them to say,” Sanger said last year.

Activist editors on the site have long tried to delete an entry for ‘Mass killings under communist regimes’ — though for now it remains online.
