Maryland teen rape suspect is illegal immigrant from El Salvador

Rape suspect Hernandez-Espinal has been in the U.S. illegally for 10 years, according to ICE

The suspect who is accused of raping a 15-year-old girl and a woman on a Maryland hiking trail is in the U.S. illegally, according to officials.

Jose Roberto Hernandez-Espinal, 20, was arrested for allegedly raping a woman and stealing jewelry at Burnt Mills East Special Park in Silver Spring on Tuesday. Officials told FOX 5 DC that Hernandez-Espinal is also suspected of raping a 15-year-old girl on the same trail last week.

An ICE spokesperson told FOX 5 that Hernandez-Espinal is originally from El Salvador and illegally immigrated to the U.S. in May 2013.

So: He was 10 years old when he entered.
Where has he been all that time? Are his parents here/ Who has he lived with? Has he been to school at our expense?
If ICE knows how long he has been here illegally when did he get his hearing?
So many questions. He is one of thousands--no millions, who have lived here without benefit of citizenship.

The politicians who have created and continued to keep in place the prohibition of local law enforcement cooperation with ICE / INS, should be held accountable for their actions. It is a breach of their duty from the highest office in the land to the lowest to protect the citizenry.
Years ago if local law enforcement encountered an illegal they could take them into custody and notify the local INS field office who would then lodge a detainer with the local authorities and respond within a certain time period to take custody. Since the bleeding hearts have prevailed in stopping this policy you now can see where it's taken us. Not saying that all imigrants are bad people. Most are law abiding but if they crossed the border illegaly the have already broken the law and should be returned.

Maryland guardian arrives in stolen vehicle to take custody of teens arrested for auto theft

Police in Charles County, Maryland, arrested several in connection to three stolen vehicles

Maryland police said the guardian of four teens arrested for auto theft last week arrived to pick them up in a stolen vehicle.

Police said a female guardian was set to pick up the four juveniles, but the guardian and two other females arrived in what appeared to be another stolen vehicle, which left after the three women were dropped off at the police station.

Officers located the vehicle on a nearby street, which reportedly had a broken back window and steering column damage. When the officer ordered everyone out of the vehicle, the driver fled, nearly hitting one of the officers.

It needs to be made clear that to the left - there are no "illegals". As far as they are concerned, everyone is allowed in. With a very few exceptions - but pretty much, you're allowed in. Period. So don't put up walls - there's no point. Let them all in. Therefore, they're not here illegally - they just don't have all the paperwork making them a citizen - yet. Hence - "undocmumented".

There are but a very few nations on Earth that tolerate this kind of inlfux into their country - some smaller nations are very generous with LEGAL immigration, but most don't tolerate millions of people just coming in and setting up shop.

Suffice it to say that none of them are brain surgeons.
We are filling our country with the dregs ,leftovers, and garbage of South America.
How many of those being shipped all over America start looking for jobs as soon as they arrive.

This could be a reboot of the classic TV The Brady Bunch. Just add 3 more thieves. Then film them as they go around taking stuff that doesn't belong to them. Then have some mild drama creep up between the reprobates. By the end of the show, all is good and they go out for ice cream together.
