attorney suggestion

Looking for an attorney for an uncontested divorce in Charles County. Any suggestions?

I won't recommend who I am using but after a long battle, I consulted with Marvin Liss who was absolutely wonderful, talked to me for 30 minutes free of charge (i posted a question on his web page). And he's not afraid of any local attorney...

I used Marvin Liss. He has an office in Lexington Park and Washington, D.C. He did a great job; he got everything done for less than what he originally quoted me and he was very thorough!! I have recommended him to several friends.

As posted earlier, go to the court house, get the paperwork, and file yourself. I just went through this about two months ago. Easy process.

Lawyer = Liar. Most of them are lining their pockets so the more litigation the better. I highly suggest you follow this advise and file yourself. IT"S EASY - you can do it. The court will help you represent yourself Pro Se and they have even have an office set up to help you with the forms (but they can't give legal advice).

If it's uncontested, file yourself and save the money.
