I think it's embarassing for an adult to act in that manner. She sounds like a jealous, bitter soon-to-be ex-wife.

I totally agree, but I see it becoming a trend as well.

I was listening to 99.5 this morning, they have this bit called "War of the Roses" they do, where you can get them to scam your significant other into sending roses to anyone they want, basically to see if they're cheating. They've had some doosies. Today, this guy found out his wife was cheating on him. He had a PI follow her and saw that she went to some house, so he had the radio station call her saying that they were from a VD Clinic and they just had a patient who was diagnosed with a VD, and gave them her name as a person he had been with in the last two months. So, they asked her (while her hubby was on the line), if she had been with more than one person in the last two months. After a lot of sighing, she said yes. Hubby went off. They hadn't been together in over 2 months, and he said, he was upset enough that she'd been with another man, but just how many other men (since she said she'd been with more than 1)? IT was funny as hell, but I kinda felt bad for the woman, having that aired out on a major radio station.

The guy is just exercising his rights under the signed pre-nup. She agreed to the terms when she signed it, right? He may be an ass, but why does she feel that she is entitled to $500K per year for the rest of her life as well as a house? I don't understand why in divorce cases the man is expected to take care of the wife for the rest of her life. Can't she work and live according to her means? Child support I can understand, but the alimony (especially really high alimony) thing makes no sense.

but according to her, the terms say he must have cause to throw her out and deny her the alimony. he signed the pre-nup too, if he really has no grounds to divorce her then he should have to live up to what he agreed to.
