Calling all photographers! The Department of Natural Resources has a Maryland Fishing Guide cover in need of an exciting snapshot!
The shot that best showcases Maryland sport fishing will be featured on the cover of the 2015 Maryland Fishing Guide. The winner will also receive a one-year subscription to the Maryland Natural Resource magazine along with a 2015 State Park Passport, which will provide unlimited day-use entry for everyone in the car and unlimited boat launching at all State Park facilities for the entire year.
The contest is open to everyone with no limit to the number of photographs an individual may submit. Photos must be unedited digital images captured in Maryland. Each submission should be portrait (vertical) orientation, high resolution (a minimum of 1600px x 2000px at 300 dpi) and free of date stamps or other markings. To enter, photographers must submit their work to fishingreports (at) dnr.state.md.us by midnight on July 31, 2014.
