Do cats have bad dreams?

I'm sitting downstairs and I hear this "mroooow...mROWwwwww..." coming from the bedroom. I go up there thinking Claudia was upset at something outside - but she was obviously asleep until I went in the room and woke her.

She looked up, blinked a few times, yawned, and curled back up.

Weird.

My cat has done this a few times. Sometimes her feet even move while she's sleeping, so I'm wondering if she is chasing something in her dreams. I suppose all living things with brains can dream. :howdy:

My PeachyWeachy and TankyWanky seem to dream as well. And my dog, RoxyWoxy grunts, moans, and snorts...I have to wake her to get her to stop. :lmao:

My cat is often mistaken for dead when he's asleep. :roflmao: He's deaf, so you walk up to him, and he's just laying there, perfectly still. And he doesn't sleep all curled up like a normal kitty, he sprawls out like a dog. :lmao: Exhibits A and B.

No kidding. Right now he's sleeping like that, but with his paws over his eyes. :lmao:

My female kitty does that. "Mommy, turn out the lights for God's sake."
