The DOJ has a written policy of not prosecuting any "politically sensitive" cases within 90 days of an election. I predict they will waive the policy for the reasons you stated. They will headline their deviation as "Nobody is above the law" while providing a deal that gets Hunty a fine and probation for a guilty plea to lying on his gun application and some tax issues. The big stuff will go unpunished and he and daddy walk with millions.

Pretty close. Hunter will plead to minor charges with his immunity from prosecution to anything substantial. The 25th will be used to remove Biden (another Dem 1st), Harris will move up with one and only one instruction - veto any GOP approved legislation because they won't have the numbers to override. And yep, jump all attention to 2024.
