Not in the slightest - he's looking for them to actually have a fair investigation. Their "subpoenas" don't mean jack-crap without full House approval, they have no enforcement authority without it. So, if they actually open an investigation, they'll have actual subpoena authority, which will then call for him to decide to comply or not.
