After mulling it over a bit, I've figured it out. Being the creative fellow that I am, I would open my own practice across the street from a popular, highly attended, all women's collage/university. Then hand out brochures in the student union area extolling the benefits of hysteria treatment. Any, unsavory, patients, not adhering to a well thought out set of standards, would be handed over to another doctor in the practice, or, be told that our patient capacity has been reached and to visit another doctor in the area, which we would so kindly recommend. Potential problem, discomfort, and, PTSD, solved.
