This has to be one of the most horrible things I have ever read.

Since abortion is legal up to that point, I would have to wonder how they can claim a baby was killed. I would just put it down to an accidental abortion and go on with life.

This "doctor".....NO penalty would sufficiently fit this crime.

The abortion is the womans choice (and sometimes the courts), not the doctors.

And, I'm pretty sure there were other medical staff in the room during delivery. Someone would have seen this unfold. Lots of missing pieces...

This is absolutely heartbreaking. I can't imagine how the doctor was able to cover this up at all, still.....what a terrible thing to have happened.

The couple claim that the obstetrician also refused to let them go to a different hospital for a Cesarian.

The doctor started cutting into the woman's abdomen before the anesthesia fully set in, causing her great pain and suffering in the process, the suit says.

Before handing the little boy named Kaden Travis to his parents, Webb had allegedly 'intentionally concealed' his neck wounds, although the complaint does not specify how it was done.

There are a lot of details missing from this story, and it sounds like they have bad lawyers too. I looked up the case online the other day, and the text of the complaint had not been posted yet but the case does exist. I was waiting a few days to check it again

How much time do you have in a day to listen to that answer? I'm assuming he was making a point about how awful a partial-birth abortion is. Or maybe he's got some screws loose. Either one is possible.
