Dodge interior/defrost grille panel

How do I remove the Defroster grille cover on 02 Dakota? Does it snap off? I tried sticking a screw driver around the sides to pry it off. Maybe, I'm doing something wrong. I would hate to break it, anyone know how to remove it?

Isn't the internet amazing.

It just pops out. I have gotten the entire dash removed and reinstalled in about 5 hours with no help. The first time with help took 12 hours (the help kept messing stuff up, same reason I had to go back in).
